gamut inc is a Berlin-based interdisciplinary ensemble led by composers Marion Wörle and Maciej Śledziecki, dedicated to music theatre, computer-controlled pipe organ, and self-built music machines. Founded in 2013, gamut inc develops original productions that engage critically with technology, automation, and human-machine relations.
Their work spans large-scale music theatre — including the human-machine trilogy OVER THE EDGE CLUB (2021), ROSSUM’S UNIVERSAL ROBOTS (2022), and ZEROTH LAW (2023, Deutsche Oper Berlin with RIAS Chamber Choir and Logos Robot Orchestra) — alongside the AGGREGATE Festival, which they founded in 2021 and curate annually in Berlin.
In 2025, gamut inc completed BLACK SQUARE, a wind-dynamic modular organ built by Tony Decap, inaugurated at CTM Festival and broadcast on Deutschlandfunk Kultur and SWR Kultur. Their organ installation AGGREGAT#10, commissioned by Sónar Festival, was acquired for the permanent collection of Palau Güell Barcelona in 2022.
Currently they are developing an immersive AI installation SPECTRAL DIALOGUES supported by Kulturstiftung des Bundes in collaboration with Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics.
